    Automotive Technician


    Hudson Automotive Group, a family-owned and operated business, is seeking experienced automotive technicians to join their award-winning service team.


    The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in the industry, with manufacturer experience preferred. A customer-focused professional who is self-motivated and competitive is required.


    This role offers flexible schedule opportunities, company-funded continued training, and yearly retention bonuses.     • Diagnostics: Test drive vehicles using special tools equipment diagnose vehicle systems engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes air conditioning etc
    • Maintenance repair: Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency according quality standards dealership expectations Communicate directly Service Advisor provide estimate time additional repairs execute under warranty specifications communicate parts department obtain needed parts
    • Safety procedures documented maintain updated documentation ensure safety regulations compliance record maintenance activities reviewed regular audits improvements suggestions submitted improvement action items closed actions logged ongoing learning development continuous skills progress well.
