Job summary
We are seeking a candidate to assist our Purchasing Manager in our Procurement Team with obtaining the parts, tools and materials needed to produce our products.The ideal candidate will assist in the procurement of quality materials at the best price points and working with the inventory team to ensure orders are pushed through in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Procurement & Invoicing: Execute purchase orders (POs) for necessary materials, components, equipment or services based on demand forecasts and inventory requirements.
- Supplier Management: Identify evaluate and select new suppliers. Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors negotiate favorable terms pricing delivery schedules.
