- Greeting Patients: The ideal candidate will warmly welcome patients, verify their identification, and accurately record their information in our systems. They will also respond professionally to phone calls, triage messages as needed, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Patient Registration: Our team member will collect all necessary patient demographics with precision and efficiency. This includes obtaining signatures on relevant paperwork when required. Ensuring a valid order exists within our system is also essential. When necessary, they may need to order additional testing (labs or imaging).
