    Spine & Scoliosis Specialists Novant Health is a state-of-the-art orthopedic spine practice serving the Triad region of North Carolina. We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our collaborative growing team of 3 MDs and 4 PAs. This role is solely outpatient and great for the individual looking for an exceptional work environment and optimal work-life balance.

    What You'll Do
    What you'll do:
    It is the responsibility of every Novant Health team member to deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time.

    • Support physicians in providing high-quality spine care.
    • Perform in-office procedures, injections, and routine tests.
    • Utilize EMR systems for accurate documentation and medical record management.
    • See approximately 10-20 patients per day in a private practice setting.
    • Hours: Monday - Thursday 8AM - 5PM and Friday 8AM - 3PM
    • Two convenient locations in the Triad, close to NC beaches, mountains, and major metro areas (Raleigh & Charlotte)

    What We're Looking For

    • Education: Graduate Degree, required. Graduate of an NCCPA accredited physician assistant program, required.
    • Experience: Our team is open to new graduates as well as seasoned providers looking for the next opportunity in their careers.
    • Licensure/Certification:
    • Additional Skills Required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to work with management team and physicians; demonstrated customer service skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills.
