    With a goal of becoming the most trusted name in premium proteins, we create products for consumers and for retail and foodservice customers around the globe, while changing the way animals are raised for food.

    Determines and conveys needed repairs and/or preventative maintenance to fleet mechanics.
    The position has a target wage of $27-$30 per hour, and is eligible for comprehensive benefits.
    Ensures timely and accurate delivery of feed according to dispatcher scheduling.
    Performs a pre-trip truck inspection according to a DOT sheet, reporting any deficiencies to proper fleet mechanics.

    Ensures the correct weight of feed is loaded into the truck and the truck and correct weight is delivered to the farm locations.

    Ensures accurate recordkeeping of fuel purchases, trip tickets, daily logs and time sheets, no hold and feed pick up.

    May need to climb truck (15 ft) to direct loading and occasionally uses a #5 sledgehammer to remove stuck feed as necessary.

    Must not have exposure to poultry or birds outside of work.
    Reading, writing and math skills. Class A Commercial driver's license required.
    Exposed to both seasonal weather and climate controlled conditions. Ability to climb truck in the loading areas; Operate loading and delivery devices. Operate a standard manual truck for up to 10 hours. Operate a forklift. Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces. May be exposed to all chemicals used in poultry, food, processing facility. Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company.
