Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Project Manager to join our amazing culture.In this role, you work with the Humana Primary Care Organization business units, Humana Program Team, and Human Safety & Security to champion communication on all projects executed by the Convergint Operations teams.

What you'll do with "Our Training and Your Experience"

Works with local Convergint Project Manager's assigned to projects to drive deliverables and project continually for national and regional coverage specific to Primary Care Organizations.
Attend Convergint project turnover meetings to review project scope, deliverables, & timelines with the local Convergint Project Manager.Works with Program Team to drive consistent project delivery on all Primary Care Organization lines of business.
Report and escalate to Program Manager and Humana Safety & Security points of contact as needed.
Organizes and quality assures project testing, commissioning & closeouts. Gather closeout documentation from local Project Manager.
Attends Primary Care Organization meetings for new locations, security scope concerns, and project updated as needed.
Organize data and metrics for Primary Care Organization projects.
Identify, communicate, and address risks to project milestones.
Communicate to business leaders where appropriate.
Understand & align with the Primary Care Organization missions to ensure Humana Safety & Security is meeting business expectations.
What You'll Need
Project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, electronic security systems and AV systems).
Coaching, mentoring, and staff development skills; solid leadership orientation – Actively seeks ways in which to act as a role model, guide, develop and mentor others within the organization.
Team leadership, team building and facilitation skills.Shows initiative – engages in proactive behavior and looks for opportunities.
Adaptable – responds effectively to changes in situation or information; ability to influence others and build consensus using strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills necessary to resolve problems and look for solutions; solid conflict resolution skills.Financial analytical skills including cost control.
Basic ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members.
Basic Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
Basic knowledge and understanding of IT networking principles.

Requirements
Education:
College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
Associates degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum Experience: 3 years relevant engineering, field service or project management
Preferred Experience (but Not Required)
Understanding of construction business tasks (conduit, EMT, pathway, etc)
Previous project supervisory experience
Certifications & Licenses:
Project Management Institute (PMI) certification; industry-specific certifications and/or licenses; must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record
