Litigation Attorney

We are currently seeking a skilled and seasoned Litigation Attorney with two or more years of experience to join our dynamic team. Preferably, the candidate will have a background in general liability or insurance defense. This is a hybrid position with a salary of up to 140k. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse range of cases, including contract disputes, personal injury claims, employment matters, and more. A valid Nevada license is required.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research and assess facts and legal aspects in preparation for trial.

Foster and cultivate client relationships by gathering necessary information, addressing client inquiries, and providing updates on case status.

Collaborate with clients to discuss appropriate actions and decisions in specific situations.

Engage in negotiations, formulating alternative dispute resolution strategies as needed.

Offer legal advice on business transactions.
