Boston Massachusetts United States of America Palm Beach Gardens Florida United States of America Raynham Massachusetts United States of America Warsaw Indiana United States of America West Chester Pennsylvania United States of America Job Description We are searching for the best talent for s Senior Director R D Strategy Operations This is a hybrid role available in multiple cities within the United States While specific cities are listed in the locations section for reference please note that they are examples only and do not limit your application We invite candidates from various locations to apply and encourage you to review the following locations where this opportunity is available Raynham MA Boston MA Palm Beach FL West Chester PA Raritan NJ Warsaw IN p The Sr Director Strategy Operations R D Digital Robotics plays a critical strategic and operational role in ensuring the effective execution of our research amp development strategy This leader will be responsible for building and leading the execution of strategic R D roadmap initiatives special projects and that deliver multi platform improvements to people culture process products and infrastructure opportunities identified in partnership with leadership Responsibilities This leader will be responsible for the R D Digital Robotics department operational aspects as GOs performance dashboard and Portfolio dashboard delivering valuable real time insights to leadership into how R D is progressing towards their vision goals and objectives Additional responsibilties will include Drives R D Budget planning process updates coordination and full consolidation roll up for Digital Robotics in partnership with other key leaders supporting functions to ensure robust well coordinated broadly thought out budget plan across Digital Robotics Serves as key Digital Robotics liaison with finance business partners Provides day to day business partnership with Finance to deliver a best in class R D financial plans that bridges across Robotics Capital Lead Business partner for Digital Robots on all special project critical business initiatives planning consolidation rollup i e Gross profit freshness index NPV values related Directly responsible fo
