Operates the program effectively efficiently and in compliance with policies procedures LESC OASAS CARF other appropriate regulatory agencies Provides clinical supervision identified staff Divisional Director's supervision Facilitates weekly interdisciplinary case conferences Dose Schedule meetings leads team provide person-centered care clients including medication schedule adjustments Coordinates appeals administrative process ensures clients' rights grievance process appropriately maintained documented Works staff clients indicated ensure clients adhere program policies procedures monitors intervenes areas non-adherence policies procedures Tracks analyzes treatment data services outcomes individual telehealth group vocational psychiatric medical LESC services Early Intervention Services Dual Recovery Services Residential linkages community providers Approves monitors coordinates work schedules vacations days off ORS I Conducts weekly clinical administrative supervision counselors Reviews client charts provides feedback supervisorees record maintenance compliance OASAS regulatory guidelines Assists counselors crisis interventions Liaisons Auditors audits Conducts on-job orientation new employees Participates interview selection applicants evaluates supervisees performance creates distributes work schedule vacation backup coverage participates Divisional Director decisions concerning disciplinary actions supervisees employment approves timesheets vacation supervisees Assigns clients counselors based needs language gender culture psychiatric history etc Facilitates weekly client groups in-service staff training Meets Finance staff maintain monitor fee policy LESC Completes dose schedule form collaboration nurse supervisor designee Manages ORS petty cash Meets vocational staff collects statistics training employment Compares verifies statistics counselors vocational counselors completes OASAS vocational statistical form Fills other tasks assigned time time
