Job summary
Support stations with proper accounting procedures compliance and training Assist RVP DDs in monitoring operating KPIs that impact station profitability Review Global Trade AR Summary reports showing status on past due amounts by location client proactively engage with account managers to address collections credit issues Assist RVP DDs in monthly review of SGA ensure accuracy of P L s from cost accrual perspective identification trends Interact with stations corporate departments clean daily weekly monthly quarterly financial close process payables receivables invoicing cost accrual assistance high margin analysis needed Assist RVP DD annual budget forecasting process Streamline improve operational accounting processes Other duties as assigned
- Excellent analytical skills proficiency Excel Access Ability meet deadlines manage small team locally engage station managers remotely willing deal all aspects credit control cash application while company grows Proven success driving down past due amounts DSO figures Excellent communication skills Ability ensure timely accurate payment invoices
