- Providing direct services and face-to-face care to children and adolescents
- Ensuring clients are very well cared for and safe at all times
- Continuously monitoring client activities, behaviors, health and safety
- Providing appropriate interventions as necessary, when clients are at risk
- Assisting clients with their activities of daily living – and helping them build related skills
- Helping clients to build pro-social skills, which will foster their independence and good health
- 6:15 am to 3:00 pm
- 2:15 pm to 11:00 pm
- 10:30 pm to 7:00 am
- Starting pay of $18.00 per hour (approximately $37,400 annually)
- An increase to $19.25 per hour (approximately $40,000 annually) after 6 months of employment
- An additional $1.00 per hour / shift differential for any hours worked between 6:00pm and 6:00am $1,000 sign-on bonus ($250 paid at the successful completion of new hire training + $750 paid after initial 6-months of employment)
