    Your Day-to-Day

    As a Physician Recruiting Consultant, your responsibilities each day will include extensive communication with current and potential physician partners and collaboration with Consilium team members. You should be able to effectively engage people from a variety of professional backgrounds, methodically source potential physician partners and document all interactions, think on your feet, and respond to time-sensitive requests in an efficient manner. In addition, the successful Physician Recruiting Consultant can produce results when faced with a high volume of tasks that can be repetitive in nature. On an average day, your agenda may include the following duties:

    • Consult with healthcare professionals to determine ideal job placement specifications
    • Serve as the primary advocate for healthcare professionals seeking work opportunities
    • Negotiate initial contracts with providers
    • Partner with Client Sales and Account Management to source and recruit physicians for open positions
