- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in the restaurant industry, with a focus on to-go strategies, third-party partnerships, and/or operations management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and driving profitable growth within a multi-unit restaurant environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners.

The Director of Third Party and To-Go Strategy will be a pivotal leader within our organization, responsible for driving the profitability and growth of our to-go channels.
This role encompasses strategic oversight of third-party aggregator relationships (Uber Eats, Grub Hub, Door Dash, etc), individual to-go initiatives, and collaboration with internal teams to align menu offerings and marketing strategies.
The successful candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the restaurant industry, and a passion for innovation.
Responsibility
Assume full accountability for the profitability and financial performance of the to-go channel, ensuring revenue targets are met and expenses are effectively managed.
Collaborate closely with menu and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic plans that align with company objectives and customer preferences.
Work closely with the operations team to establish efficient processes and workflows for executing to-go orders across various channels.
