Job summary
We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.Duties include assist customers with questions and recommendations manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register maintain security of cash and protect company assets keep the store well-stocked recover merchandise ensure a positive safe and respectful environment maintain professional friendly interactions with customers associates leaders responsible maintaining cleanliness throughout the store including cleaning restocking bathrooms sweeping mopping floors taking out the trash ensuring all areas are neat presentable other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail hotel restaurant grocery or drug store environment is highly preferred
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height meet demands of frequent walking standing stooping kneeling climbing pushing pulling repetitive lifting
