to be based in their Waterville, Maine location.
Requirements of the IT Manager:
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft 365 implementation and administration experience
Experience with vmWare and Layer 3 Switch administration
Experience working with technology infrastructure in a regulated environment preferred
Benefits of the Job:
Annual pay in the range of $90,000 to $110,000

Responsibilities of the IT Manager:
Oversee and lead the IT infrastructure for the company by providing insight, solution, strategy, and process
Provide highly responsible and technical support to end users
Ensure highly reliable and available infrastructure to support the organization
Review and evaluate emerging technologies for practical application
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, best practices, and policies and procedures
Facilitate implementation and administration of Microsoft 365
Facilitate vmWare and Layer 3 Switch administration
Provide training to end users
