• This is a face-to-face opportunity only.
• Tutors should be equipped to accelerate student learning using a variety of curriculum resources provided by the school and partner organizations.
• You will use student data to differentiate math instruction for your students and adapt lesson plans as needed.
• Tutors must have a minimum of 2 years of experience tutoring or teaching in the subject area(s).
• Tutors should be available during the school day for their assignments (approximately 8 am - 3 pm) for a minimum of 3 days per week.
• Tutors must pass a proficiency exam in the subject area(s) in which they will tutor.
• Prospects must pass a comprehensive background check.
• Paid pre-service training and in-service professional development are provided.
• You must be prepared to navigate varying technology, both hardware and software and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
• You must have a proactive approach to work in order to complete deliverables on time and maintain a proper work-life balance.
