Technical Skills:

• Experience with Prod support.
• Experience in Azure.
• Must have Appinsights, App Services, Analytics,- APIM, Key-vaults, Blob storage, Identity and Access Management.
• Experience with MSAL.
• Experience with using authentication, authorization, Graph API, OAuth.
• Good in SQL Server.
• Experience C#., .NET Core, Web API.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring applications and infrastructure alerts and reacting quickly.
• Recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate repeat production issues.
• Taking ownership and responding to open support issues quickly.
• Closing open support issues by adhering to the production support service level agreements.
• Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to ensure success.
• Work independently with very minimum supervision.
• Work with clients and deliver quickly.
• Expert in Prod Support.
• Expert in Azure PAAS and App Insights.
