Job description
We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate & Customer Support Representative to play a key role in the daily operations of our growing vintage electronics company.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying productive, working with their hands, and taking pride in accuracy and efficiency. You will be directly responsible for ensuring customers receive their orders quickly and with a professional experience from start to finish.
At SpenCertified, we refurbish and sell vintage audio and video equipment both online and in person. Our reputation is built on fast fulfillment, quality service, and strong communication — and this role is essential to maintaining that standard.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on time
- Ensuring packaging meets company quality standards
- Communicating with customers via phone, text, email, and in person
- Answering questions and resolving customer concerns professionally
- Keeping daily fulfillment running smoothly and on schedule
What to Expect
This is a hands-on role from day one. You will learn our systems, quality standards, and procedures while actively contributing to fulfillment and customer support.
As you grow in the position, you'll take on greater responsibility and have opportunities to advance based on performance and reliability.
