    Job Overview

    We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Postal Window Clerk (Sales & Services/Distribution Associate). As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service while processing mail and packages efficiently.



    About the Role

    This is an entry-level position that requires no prior postal experience. We provide paid training so you know what to do on day one. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, including:


    • Assisting customers with mailing, shipping, and money-order services

    • Weighing, rating, and processing mail and packages using USPS systems

    • Selling postage, shipping products, and postal services
