    Job Summary:

    The ideal candidate is detail and deadline oriented, self-motivated yet works well in a team, and has solid customer service experience. A general background in Unclaimed Property will be an advantage for the candidate.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Updating records to determine what property is eligible to be reported to each state on the record.
    • Reviewing the records for any anomaly and raise this to their manager and the client service representation assigned to the client whose records are being processed.
    • Quality assurance of the processed reports.
    Education and Experience:

    Undergraduate degree or 2 years work experience

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    Customer service skills required.
    Unclaimed property knowledge is preferred.

    Work Environment:

    The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as the employee works in an office setting, at an individual workstation, using telephone and computer.

    Physical Demands:
    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the day.
    • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a printer/copy machine.
    • This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office.
    • The person in this position frequently communicates via telephone.
