Job summary

The Clinical Concierge provides exceptional patient experience by guiding consumers and their secondary guests through the entire urgent care visit. They assist providers with care and treatment, laboratory testing, patient registration collection of payments rooming and patient discharge.

Responsibilities
  • Assist provider with procedures including maintaining sterile field laceration repair I&D application of ortho-goods
