Key Accountabilities:

• Autoclave operator: Autoclave operators operate and monitor specialized temperature and pressure chambers.
• Will require knowledgeable understanding of correct recipe for part(s) in autoclave, recording transducers, source vacuum and thermocouples for each part in Optimum Composite Cure System ( OCCS ) software, perform checks on all tool fittings as well as all leak checks on vacuum hoses and tool/part.
• Monitor autoclave performance during pressurization, and perform processes such as loading parts, recording required information within MES and unloading of the part.
• Employee certification required.
