Job summary
Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) is an intensive, one-to-one, behavioral and mental health services program designed to help children, adolescents, and their caregivers implement new behavioral and positive coping strategies to reduce risk of needing a higher level of care or being hospitalized as a result of the severity of their behaviors.
Responsibilities
- TBS Coaches work directly with referred youth and their caregivers in their living placement.
- Coaches implement behavioral interventions(designed in collaboration with case managers) in addition to the child's other mental health treatment and strategies with the youth and caregiver.
