- Employ evidence-based methods to encourage, direct, and assist our members in achieving their objectives
- Work closely with other clinical team members, such as psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers
- Test out new therapeutic methods and protocols.
- Attend training sessions on our specialized curriculum and collaborative care style.
- Hold an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC licensure.
- Must be licensed in Oklahoma. Licensure in other states is a plus.
- Experience using video telehealth and being tech savvy
- Motivated and organized by a vibrant team environment
- A friendly and interesting clinical tone
- Dedicated to supporting young people's goal-setting
- Willingness to work evening shifts is desirable
