Job Details:

Work 12.5-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:17 PM
Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios ranging from 1:4 to 1:8 depending on unit assignment
Work on various units including 5B Floor Neuro Tele, 5T Cardiac Stepdown unit, or 6T Post Op

Dress code requirements:
RN must wear ceil blue or white scrubs

House Supervisor must be contacted for any nurse cancellations at
Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients
Provide supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
Support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
Maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
Work in telemetry monitoring environment with cardiac and neurological patient populations
Handle post-operative patient care responsibilities
