Job Description
Principle Duties Responsibilities:Essential Functions: Demonstrates superior technical skills expertise in avionics and acft systems operational testing troubleshooting Provides direct training to personnel to support company cross-training goals while ensuring a safety conscience quality oriented skilled workforce Teaches the installation functionally testing of electrical/avionics components and systems per Engineering specifications drawings maintenance manuals ensuring a defect free system Ensures quality efficiency of all installations troubleshoots teaches troubleshooting processes/concepts to provide timely quality repairs of malfunctioning systems Demonstrates the skills knowledge required effective efficient repair replace defective components wiring ensure installations meet conformity Demonstrates effective repair techniques acceptable practices including splicing soldering pinning wiring Oversees performance compliance with engineering changes modifications as required Sets up operates necessary test equipment Conducts functional operational tests evaluate performance reliability Demonstrates diligent compliance importance maintaining daily logs paperwork Ensures that all work performed on the acft is properly completely documented As required pre-inspects work others prior submitting inspection approval reduce rework inspection time Provides knowledge technical expertise testing maintaining test equipment electronic systems components as required Enforces companys FOD program tool control program 5-S program safety regulations Adapts sudden schedule changes Coordinates other disciplines concerning projects Where required teaches installation functionally testing electrical/avionic...
