The Company is seeking an experienced Program Manager who can become a Senior Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical insight, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies. This role requires hands-on scrum master support, agile coaching, and the ability to drive our newly launched SAFe transformation.
Lead multiple Agile teams within an Agile Release Train (ART).

Provide Agile coaching to Product and Engineering teams, fostering continuous improvement in Scrum/SAFe activities.

Actively participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning to support multiple agile teams.

Support the Release Train Engineer (RTE) within the ART and attend Scrum of Scrums meetings.

Facilitate unblocking impediments and track/manage risks and dependencies for agile teams.

Communicate and explain team analysis to executives effectively.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.

~8+ years of Program Management experience in agile software development, Software as a Service (SaaS), and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS).

~ Experience leading multiple agile teams as a senior scrum master.

~ Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Miro, Jira, and Planview.

Ability to represent and advocate for a technical community.

SAFe Agile experience/training, Agile coach, Scrum Master experience/training/certification.
