- Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators.
- Interact with user and evaluate vendor products.
- Make recommendations to purchase hardware and software + coordinate installation and provide backup recovery.
- Develop and monitor policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.
- Ancillary duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass storage space.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University/College and 0 years of related experience; an additional 4 years of relevant experience can be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e. lookups and pivot tables)
- Experience with Microsoft Word (i.e. updating process documentation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
