Job summary
The Physical Security Director is responsible for physical and electronic security of the Helzberg Store Support Center buildings and all store locations in addition to the Ben Bridge Corporate Office and all store locations to ensure a safe working environment for associates and to guard against financial loss.This position will perform the following responsibilities for both Helzberg and Ben Bridge store locations and corporate office buildings.
This position must work closely with Facility Managers to coordinate appropriate building access for various construction projects.
The Physical Security Director works frequently with the Distribution, Merchandise and Computer Operation departments and with other departments as needed to coordinate building schedules based on business needs.
- Helzberg SSC Security Personnel: Responsible for the recruiting, staffing, scheduling, management of the Security Operations Team.
- Contract security: Directly involved in selecting developing managing contract guard services.
