    PURPOSE AND SCOPE


    The Healthcare Professional (HCP) Marketing Manager is accountable for implementing marketing initiatives targeting HCPs in the US to increase the awareness and adoption of Fresenius Medical Care (FME) Home Therapies.

    This role is accountable for creating and promoting HCP marketing messages through the omnichannel.

    This individual's success heavily relies on the ability to mine stories and create effective and powerful content to influence internal and external audiences.

    This position reports to the HCP Marketing Director.


    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Develop HCP-facing marketing content and messages based on clinical and field insights and best practices

    Mine stories and collaborate with Corporate Communications to create content and develop publication pathways

    Collaborate with the Clinical Consultant team to promote and closely monitor clinical programs

    Update HCP marketing materials and content to ensure consistent messaging and branding

    Collaborate with Marketing and agencies to implement HCP social media plan

    Collaborate across functions to optimize the engagement with the HCP audience

    Participate in the development of the annual marketing plan for the HCP segment

    Support the HCP Marketing Director with HCP advocates' onboarding and development

    Track, monitor, and report marketing metrics and recommend corrective measures

    Be fully compliant with FME policies, procedures, and processes

    Run and report After Action Reviews (AARs) for responsible campaigns or initiatives

    Support other marketing projects as needed


    EDUCATION
    Bachelor's Degree within Marketing or related field; advanced degree desirable.


    EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
    4+ years of related experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector

    Skilled at story-mining, customer interviews, conceptualization, and content creation

    Strong organizational, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills

    Understanding of omnichannel strategy and implementation

    Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external partners

    Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

    Proven ability to adapt to changes

    Strong computer skills required with sound knowledge of

    Microsoft Office Applications:
    PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.


    TRAVEL
    Approximately 5-10%
