    This Director role will set overall commercial and consumer enterprise data strategy and analytics approach, provides data analysis expertise to support enterprise and op.

    units, and owns primary and secondary research to drive innovation/growth.

    What will you be responsible for? The team will drive at the enterprise level and across the regional S& M, as well as business teams subject matter expertise in business / market analytics and will be the single source of data to set standards and market knowledge discipline across the organization.

    Drive team relative to unique capabilities around cultivating Primary research & prioritization of research requests relative to business priorities and strategies Full immersion in understanding how primary and secondary insights (channel, Brand, consumer, etc.) are developed, cultivated and interpreted.

    Manage the execution / content vendor expertise. Build and execute against expertise and knowledge specific to the Insights work across the Enterprise.

    Work with the broader S&M teams and stakeholders across the global to ensure we are developing and maintaining the customer narrative source of truth.

    Leverage Secondary research – vendor management (set-up Enterprise with IRI, Nielsen, Global Data, Mintel, etc.) for the purpose of better understanding market environments in order to build more productive strategies with a great likelihood of success.

    Determine data access and overall management – create standards for what data we Ball use and how we use it.

    Additionally, build expertise in secondary data analytics to support Enterprise and Op. unit teams.

    What are we looking for? Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Computer Minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or related fields Minimum of 2 years' experience hands-on experience with data analysis tools, statistical software, and data visualization Ability to analyze large datasets, interpret complex data, and extract actionable insights to drive marketing strategy and decision-making.

    Capacity to translate data findings into strategic recommendations and actionable insights that align with broader business goals and objectives.

    Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to lead teams, mentor junior analysts, and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

    Understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, market dynamics, and industry trends, combined with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business results.

    Proficiency in data analysis tools, statistical software, and programming languages commonly used in marketing analytics, along with a willingness to adapt to new tools and technologies.

    Data analysis techniques, statistical methods, and tools. Marketing channels, analytics platforms, and strategies is crucial in today's digital landscape. This includes knowledge of digital analytics tools, SEO, SEM, social media analytics, email. Strategic planning, competitive analysis, market dynamics, and business strategy is essential for driving impactful insights and recommendations. Market research methodologies and techniques is necessary for gathering relevant data and insights.

    Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders, along with strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams, is essential.


    Compensation & Benefits:
    This role can be remotely located; however, regular travel to Westminster, CO may be required


    Hiring Salary Range:
    $123,000 – 209,400 Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. * This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
