    Summary:
    The Warehouse Supervisor directs the daily activities of several subordinates in a multi tasking production environment. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the successful day-today operation of all aspects of the Finished Goods Warehouse.

    The Warehouse Supervisor is also responsible for the proper documentation, physical inventory, handling, and storage of all plant produced, as well as imported, finished goods, at multiple storage locations and warehouses.


    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    Follow all safety procedures and work as safe as possible at all times
    Direct the daily activities of several Lift Truck Operators, across three shifts.
    Assure the timely documentation of all Warehouse processes.
    Conduct necessary physical inventories, to assure the accuracy of finished goods.
    Provide the necessary training to associates, assuring successful Shipping procedures are met. Conduct necessary departmental meetings.
    Conduct necessary disciplinary actions.
    Conduct necessary performance reviews.
    Establish annual personal goals, and cost savings measures.
    Format and prepare required reports and documents.
    Participate in accounting close procedures.
    Participate in departmental GMP zone audits.
    Participate, as required by Department Manager, in Plant Quality System implementation and subsequent audits.
    Conduct daily business in a "self directed" manner.
    Rotate shifts and weekends as necessary.
    Maintain a positive work atmosphere and interaction with customers, co-workers, and management
    Perform all other duties as assigned
    Regular and punctual attendance
    To perform this job successfully, must be able to perform each fundamental task listed above satisfactorily

    Supervisory experience, with sound interpersonal leadership skills.
    Above average problem solving skills.
    Knowledge of TQM and GMP.


    Education:
    H.S. Diploma required.
    Bachelor's degree, preferred.

    • 2 years related experience required.
    Experience with inventory management systems preferred.
    Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
    SAP experience is desirable.
