We are currently hiring for Direct Support Professionals (DSP) at our Chandler and Tempe Meaningful Day Center. As a DSP you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities by working as a team member assisting with daily living skills, attending community outings, teaching skills to improve independence, job coaching, employment and more.
Summary and Responsibilities
- Center and Community Based Activities
- Member Transportation to and from home as well as in the community
- Position is Part Time, 31 hours per week or less; daytime hours, Schedule to be discussed Monday through Friday
- Position serves individuals with developmental disabilities by working as a team member assisting with vocational work and job coaching, daily living skills, and more
- Perform all duties in accordance with company policy and procedures
Qualifications and Skills

- Must be 21 years or older
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Able to pass a background check
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Drivers License
