Job Summary

Crown Home Health Corp is seeking experienced hard working individuals to care for our Home Health patients in the Hemet area.

We are looking for a qualified Spanish speaking LVN for a per diem field visiting nurse position.This is NOT shift work.Pay listed is per visit.Competitive pay for those with the right skills and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • The Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • You will meet our patients in their homes to perform your visits.Responsibilities include following the Plan of Care providing treatments educating patients on medication usage dietary needs and pain management as well as working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.
