How You'll Make a Difference
Based on your strengths and interests, your role may include:

• Guest Service - Assist with orders and interact with guests
• Kitchen Care - Assist with cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and surfaces
• Prepare Menu Items - Cook a variety of menu items according to recipes and Lava Island standards
• Maintain Food Safety Standards - Ensure all food is prepared, stored, and served in compliance with health and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with the Team - Work with other team members to ensure orders are completed accurately
• Support Other Duties as Needed - Assist with additional tasks as assigned

What You'll Need

• Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be 16 years or older and pass a background check
