    Job Responsibilities :
    Our RazerStore is seeking an experienced and dedicated retail supervisor to join our team.

    The retail supervisor will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, supervising sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

    They will problem-solve and support opportunities to drive traffic into the store through community events and partners.


    Essential duties and responsibilities:
    Supervise, motivate, and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques as needed.
    Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve store sales targets and goals.
    Make sure all employees adhere to the company's policies and guidelines.

    Coordinate retail store operations and provide our customer with a high level of customer serviceMonitor and maintain store image and premium standardsSupport the store with planning, coordinating, and executing all store events, working closely with store staff, corporate departments, community teams, and social media outlets.

    Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, with attractive displays that highlight new and featured products.
    Oversee the store's cash management and inventory control processes.
    Respond to customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
    Perform RazerStore Evangelist duties.
    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.     Minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a gaming or electronics store.2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment.

    High school diploma or equivalent requiredBasic understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesStrong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    Knowledge of basic POS principals and Cash HandlingStrong interest in gaming consoles, peripherals, and accessories.
    Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) are required.
    Salary Ranges (per annum):$69, $115,107.
