- Serve as primary project manager for live and virtual events
- Develop and manage project documentation to ensure all deliverables are met
- Coordinate event logistics and communication with sponsors
- Manage event budget, negotiate vendor contracts, and prepare event materials
- Assist in registration, audience development, and drafting promotional materials
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Keynote/PowerPoint, Excel, and G-Suite
- Experience with event management, public relations, advocacy, or marketing (2-4 years)
- Familiarity with web conferencing platforms like Zoom and Webex
