+Answers telephone inquiries and channels them appropriately+Assists with tracking and processing referrals+Assist with audits and chart reviews as assigned+, +Uploads documents to electronic medical records system+, +Provides feedback on process and flow improvement+, +Assists with scheduling goals of care and admission visits+, +Work with sales team to receive incoming referral information+, +Assists on weekends/holidays as needed+Job description
