- Collaborate with physicians and nursing team to devise and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation
- Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy and imaging
- Educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits, while fostering a supportive and compassionate environment.
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program college, or university
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing in the state where you live.

At CHI Health Lakeside we are changing how we approach Med Surg nursing and would love for you to join us Virtually Integrated CareSM(VICSM) is a transformational model of care delivery that seamlessly integrates a virtual nurse as part of the interprofessional team.
With the VICSM program, our virtual RNs support bedside staff with time-consuming care activities; such as charting, discharges, admissions, care coordination, and patient education and more.
Through this model our patients experience an unparalleled quality of care. Equally as important, our beside nurses gain support, mentorship, and guidance from an experienced virtual nurse.About Us
