A reputable health organization is looking to hire two Hospitalists in the stunning Mountains of North Carolina.

The work schedule consists of 7 days on and 7 days off. A team of 3 physicians manages the day shifts, while one physician oversees the night shift. On average, they handle 14-17 patients during the day and 4-6 patients at night.

The Hospitalists play a crucial role in overseeing 75% of the inpatient census on the medical surgical floor, the IMCU, and the ICU.

This expansion of staff is a result of the organization's growth. They are seeking candidates who are collaborative and team-focused.

Situated in Northwestern North Carolina, this location offers a plethora of outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, fishing, and hunting.
