This is an opportunity to join our team as a Universal Banker in Montgomery County MD Branches. As a key driver of sales and customer experience within the branch.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers and explain features and benefits of Consumer and Business Banking solutions;
- Engage customers in various ways to bank with us providing solutions to meet their needs encouraging digital capabilities use in interactions.
- Explain high-level criteria used to decide loan applications complete servicing-related responsibilities specific to Consumer and Business Banking customer relationships lead inquiries identify opportunities solve banking needs follow established customer service standards deliver differentiated experience understanding customer needs delivering momentary solutions proactively reach out contribute retention expansion all Consumer Business Banking relationships actively engage lobby management meeting greeting proactively inquire ownership solving banking needs introduce appropriate banking partner when servicing present product solution assist stay current with AML BSA KYC processes related activities resolve accurately log all complaints using system review approve help resolve overdrafts accurately complete transactions related operational required assigned branches adhere applicable compliance risk controls Company regulatory standards policies maintain M T internal control standards timely implementation internal external audit points together issues raised by regulators responsible meeting maintaining registration requirements under Federal SAFE Act perform other duties assigned.
