- Collaborate with clients to identify and implement value-added services.
- Prepare and distribute work-detailed monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to clients
- Submit client meeting reports to the manager or supervisor
- Recommend implementation of enhanced processes
- Plan and schedule monthly meetings with clients
- Initiate measures to research and resolve client-raised issues.
- Monitor client satisfaction through follow-up on solving client issues and problems
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the business, as well as an understanding of how that impacts the other entities of contact.
- Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the business
- Work with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise
- Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business and the other entity

- 7-10 years experience in a Healthcare IT environment, specifically EHR/LIS focus
- Previous experience implementing Epic Applications within an enterprise environment for large Health Systems (both hospitals and clinics).
- Knowledge of patient registration and lab order workflow configurations
- Med Tech/Lab experience desired
- HS Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred with 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Microsoft Office skills required

Description
Labcorp is recruiting an IT Field Product Specialist for a dynamic team in the Portland, OR area. This position will be Home based in the Portland area.
The IT Field Product Specialist position is focused on the connection between our clients, Sales, and Information Technology teams. The IT Field Product Specialist's job includes ensuring that the product supports the company's IT roadmap and strategies. There is local travel to client sites and on rare occasions travel to clients within the West Coast may be required.
