    Job DescriptionMadison Loomis with Advanced Scope is seeking a Marketing Assistant/Events Coordinator for a growing practice that is dedicated to serving underserved patient populations.     • Distribute marketing materials and coordinate community outreach efforts.
    • Plan and execute events, from venue selection to on-site logistics.
    • Provide administrative support and assist with digital marketing efforts, and other administrative tasks.
    • Manage multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
    • Track and analyze campaign effectiveness and adapt strategies as needed.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
    • 6 months to 2 years of marketing or events coordination experience.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software.
    • Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for serving underserved communities.
