Job summary
The Director of Education (DOE) will act as the campus academic leader and member of the campus management team. The position is accountable for ensuring quality and integrity across all campus academic functions and assures compliance with institutional, accreditation, state, and federal policy and regulation as well as organizational standards, policies, and procedures.Responsibilities
? With other department leaders, coordinates and participates in facilitating New Student Orientation Program each term.? Establishes rapport with students to advise and answer questions and/or concerns on a regular basis.
? Ensures all probationary students receive sufficient academic advising and that an academic plan is developed to facilitate academic progress.
? Responds to student requests for accommodation after consulting with the Campus President and Vice President of Education.
