Job descriptionReporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Interim HR Director will be responsible for the temporary management of all HR functions including recruitment and talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, employee benefits and compensation, workers compensation, leave administration.
Responsibilities :
HR functions
- policies, programs, procedures, processes, and records. This includes recruiting, talent management,
HR employees
- coach, train, and monitor their work; provide feedback to increase knowledge, productivity, skills, and abilities.
Management - Performance management including coaching and counseling, evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Benefits & Compensation - Manage employee benefit programs and employee communications.
Oversee and advise on employee leave in accordance with leave laws, wage and hour issues, and work closely with payroll as needed.
