    Exciting Opportunity!

    Child and Family Focus is thrilled to announce a special offer available from now until June 2024. They are providing a $500 sign-on bonus, with $250 to be paid on the first check and the remaining $250 after 6 months of employment. Bonus amounts may vary based on hours worked.

    Join our team at Psychiatric Outpatient Services, a trauma-informed program based in schools that offers comprehensive outpatient treatment for children and adolescents.


    Position Summary:

    This role involves delivering clinical care in a school setting. Assess and identify areas for interventions, collaborate with district staff to support students in all aspects of wellness. Candidates should be able to handle a large caseload independently and have access to weekly supervision.

    Required qualifications include a Master's Degree in a Human Service-related field and at least one year of office experience. Additionally, two or more years of experience providing therapy to children and adolescents are necessary.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct services to individuals, families, and groups using various treatment modalities
    • Coordinate care by working with professionals from different disciplines
    • Act as a liaison between the organization and local School Districts
    • Maintain detailed client treatment plans and documentation
    • Adhere to best practice standards and regulations
    • Implement Trauma-Informed Care values in all practices
    • Perform any additional duties as required

    Work Environment:

    Work in a standard office and school-based settings.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • $16 per hour administrative rate, $35 per hour clinical rate
