    Receives, manages, and processes work order requestsEnsures work orders are resolved in a timely and efficient mannerActs as a liaison between the facilities team and outside contractorsMaintains inventory of supplies and reorders as neededDrafts and implements preventative maintenance schedules for buildings and equipmentEnsures compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the propertyQualifications:
