Job summary:
This position involves installing, servicing and repairing heating and air conditioning systems in a health facility setting.Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preventative maintenance, plant operations, repairs and minor modifications to Air handling units and fixed fans Ductwork Reheat coils and boxes AC compressor chiller systems Water coolers Associated control end devices Steam systems Coordinates with all trades such as electrical and plumbing to keep all systems operating at highest reliability Responsible for implementation of energy conservation techniques on HVAC systems Makes periodic rounds to all building support equipment and maintains operating log of conditions observed Responsible for maintaining records of work done time records and P/M records through the CMMS system.
