    We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior Associate to join our team at Staff Financial Group in Denver. As a key member of our tax team, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing complex tax compliance and consulting engagements, as well as training and leading junior staff members.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare accurate and efficient S-Corporation, C-Corporation, partnership, multistate, and individual tax returns.
    • Review tax returns from junior staff members with attention to detail.
    • Prepare and review income tax projections and estimate calculations for clients.
    • Perform thorough research and write technical memoranda in a clear and concise format.
    • Identify areas of specialization and continuously refine skills, knowledge, and expertise.


    Requirements:
    • Undergraduate degree required; Master's preferred.
    • 2+ years of tax experience is required.
    • Advanced knowledge of Federal and Georgia income tax laws and principles of individual and business taxation is required.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
    • Proven time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
