Act as key liaison between fleet clients dealerships insurance partners internal operations
+Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for fleet network accounts dealerships commercial clients
- Coordinate service approvals estimates repair workflows in alignment with fleet insurance requirements
- Review validate repair estimates ensuring accuracy compliance profitability
- Communicate repair status timelines updates to fleet managers partners
- Previous experience as Automotive Service Advisor preferably with fleet networks dealerships insurance-driven operations
- Strong understanding of fleet network processes approvals SLAs repair workflows
